Main bar built out of 2x4x.188" wall stainless steel. Side supports are 2x.120" wall square. Very sturdy and has provisions for a spare tire carrier. Perfect width for a pickup or 4runner.

Installed. Does not come with tire carrier.

Absolutely strong enough to hold 2 jerry cans. Keep in mind, this is just the bumper, not the spare tire carrier. It came off a 1st gen 4runner. It will need welding to install.
