Steel prices are going up and have been for some time. We are now paying almost double what we were a year ago for tubing and steel products.

We are also getting hit by rising work comp costs. We now pay $4000 per month for work comp insurance - OUCH!  :shudder:

We have had to raise a number of prices.

Something has to get cut, inventory, staff (ie customer service), or cut out R&D. Do you really want to see us stop making new products or fire sales staff and get more busy signals and hurried sales staff?

What can I do when our costs are rising? We have done the best we can to keep prices low but still keep quality and service high.
