1984 FJ60 idle fuel cut off solenoid

I think I might need to replace this part on my carburetor.  Does anyone know where I can get this part real quick?  Can I get it at NAPA or do I need to go to the dealer?

This is what I have been doing to try to trouble shoot the cruiser.  Any additional help would be much appreciated.
