w56-B Transmission
« on: Jul 11, 2011, 11:20:16 PM »
Looking for a good working w56-b transmission for my 1988 toyota pickup 22re. I am located in Auburn, CA and looking hopefully for one sorta nearby, but who knows. Please post how much you are asking, some info about the tranny, and where you are located. Thanks!

I have one out of a 87 4runner.  It shifted perfect and never popped out of gear.  Was quiet as well.  The reason it was removed was my buddy got a great deal on a marlin built trans.
Trans was rebuilt but my buddy cant remember how long its been.  Its very clean and includes shifter.  He wants 250.00 obo for it.  He needs the money to get up to the con with me next weekend.
The tcase has been sold already.
I will be heading up to the con on thursday night or friday morning.  I can meet you at highway 50 x I5 area.
Heres a pic of it.  Its been sitting inside my shop.
