Topic: 83 Toyota blue shortbed

I am posting this for a friend.  The truck is here at my yard since I have done a bunch of work to it.
Only been driven bout 200 miles max.

83 shortbed w/ minor dents and dings in body.  Does need a new drivers side door. (may replace before hand if I find one)
The engine compartment battery tray area was rusted away, I installed a new steel battery tray.
Stock axles but both front and rear have been rebuilt by me.  Stock 4.11s in both axles
Rear axle is a stock 1st gen housing but it has chromo axles.
Tires are 33" on black and chrome steel rims with low offset(maybe 2"s)  Tires still have dang near 70% tread is my guess.
Transmission and tcase work great and has a new HD clutch and heavier flywheel.
Engine has less then 5K on it.  It has a LC engineering head and the block was bored .30 over.
Was recently smogged and numbers were VERY low.  Very strong engine.
Battery is brand new.  Purchased when he got the truck.
Interior is in so so condition.  It is a non sport model so it doesnt have sr5 cluster or lower cluster.  I do have both and planned on installing them.
I have a clean radio bezel for it as well.  As soon as I get my truck fixed I am gonna install all of it.
The seats are buckets out of a 2nd gen truck I believe.  They are in great shape and very firm still.
I have a marlin roll cage for it.  This was in my 1st gen for a year.  I sold it to him but it never got completely installed.
It does have a 3" body lift on it.  He wanted to remove it but never got around to it.
Ive spent a TON of time on this truck to get everything in great shape.  Mechanically it needs nothing.  

All and all the truck is in GREAT mechanical shape.  The body could use a little work but all I would do is replace drivers door.
I need to go take some pics of it, but I dont have my camera.  Will get it back soon.  
Asking $2500.00 obo  Sweet deal since the LC engine is not cheap.

Hes not looking for anything in trade atm.  Basically he has a huge monthly payment from a f-250 he bought and just wants the money to pay some of it off.

Good deal.  Its a sweet truck.  I REALLY want the engine out of it. LOL  Since its a LC engineering engine its got more pony's to play with.

I believe the truck sold yesterday.  My buddy came by and drove it back to fremont.   Ill ask him if its sold for sure.
The drivers door got sprung.  It closes fine and everything works,  but the door isnt fixable.  Shouldnt be hard to find a good door.
