trans t/case swap

can i take a  L45 top shift out of a 1st gen an put a G52 foward shift
in with little to no mods? project needs a new trans an all i have is
the G52 foward shift.

Yes you can but its gonna be 4"s longer which is gonna move your tcase shifter back some if your running dual cases.  Your gonna have to do some trimming to make it fit right.
I have a few good L52 trans here which are in good shape.  5 speeds and you wont have to cut anything.  Ill take 150 obo for one of them. Located in Byron cali which is nor cali area.

Heck I had them posted on this site and pirate for 3 months.  Oh well
As soon as I get my L52HD back im gonna sell off this rebuilt L52 thats in my truck now.
