Topic: 82 2wd tilt Steering Column in 83 4wd

Just got a uncracked dash door panels and carpet from a nice sr5 2wd 82 yota.  I am considering buying the tilt steering column and the tach gauge cluster from him as well.  Will they fit without to much dramas?  I have and 1983 first gen just plain jane.

I think I would work, but not for sure any whooo
I've used a lot of pick up 2wd stuff on my truck , it seems I find more
Of the 2wd parts for cheaper , the doors and fenders are different
From my experience !! Good luck

the tilt steering will bolt right in.  pretty sure the sr5 cluster will too just make sure its got the rectangular plug because the 83 will be.

You just won't have the 4wd light any more!!
But it should plug in
