W56 marlin trans . it was about 1400 to my door. I am in the San Gabrilel valley Ca . 20 miles outside of Los Angeles .My camera went down .I will post pics in a few days . But just know never installed all plugs in place just the way it came from Marlin 850 626-641-4995 Gabe

The softop is a custom to and will need some fab work .but all the hard work is done. I will take 250 for it.

I go to Marlins site and it shows several different models. What model is this? A-B-C-D...

yup, judging by the black center plate i would say its "steel" (most likely cast iron)
I dont really think its much of a difference though, if you think about it. marlin uses aluminum for his dual case adapter and it sees a lot more torque.
either way I dont think its going to affect the value of the tranny. cast might be overkill, aluminum gets the job done a half pound lighter.
SOMEONE BUY THIS THING SO I CAN QUIT DROOLING... I thought about selling my truck to buy this thing... but then what good is it to me without my truck?

Just out of curiosity, if you couldnt sell it for 800.00 what makes you think its going to sell for 950.00? Dont get me wrong, still a good deal. Hell if i had the extra money i would have snatched this up quick.
