Short bed for 1987
« on: Jan 21, 2010, 09:55:21 AM »
Looking for a decent shape bed for my 87. The bed that is on it was bobbed and dovetailed and the guy did a crap job on it. So i'm looking for a clean slate. Might consider a bobbed bed, if it's done right.

I'm about 2 hours east of Sac and willing to drive for the right bed and a good deal. Anyone got one??

Sounds like what i'm looking for, how much do you want for it? Can you send me some pics? We drive over to Grass Valley all the time.

I have a what I consider a nice short bed with tail gate and still has original mud flaps on it.  There is a few dings in the rear corners but below the lights and I believe one on the side but very minor.  Lights and wiring is still attached.  Tail gate has a few little dings in it but not really noticeable.  I will post pics of it tomorrow for ya.

Hey sorry I totally forgot bout posting this.  I still have this red bed here but since ive posted this it got pushed around a little and now has a few more little dings.  Still looks nice but I would need to get it out and its deck to see what it looks like for.  Might want to come and check it out.
