99 4cyl TRD super charger to 85 4runner

I got a lead on a 99 4 runner with a 4 cyl TRD super charger with a 5sp, how would this motor/tanny combo work in a 85 4 runner built for rock crawling and how hard would it be

 :) thanks that helps out a ton, what about the TRD super charger, is it worth it and what about an auto
