Topic: Smog and Thermal Sensor In TWC

I am in CA and have a smog coming up the thermal sensor in my cat was welded into the side facing down by previous owner well it didn't take much crawling to take that out the sensor is bent and not very functional I have not been able to find a replacement and I am going to have a new cat put on to smog because a hole in the side isn't to good for passing smog So I have to figure out what to do about the sensor. I have it tacked to the frame to keep it out of the way for now. Any thoughts or past experiences with these things?

My problem was that mine was stolen. Cut out while I was in class. They took both, the cat and the sensor. Dave at http://www.davezoffroadperformance.com/index.html  was able to supply me with both items pretty reasonable too. I just passed smog about a week ago. Let him know that I recommended him.
