81 trekker restoration

I have been working, slowly, on my 81 Trekker.  I intend to take it back to 100% stock, as I have a good rig to start with.  I have receipts back to 1984-86, and I am the 3rd or 4th owner.  It has been locally owned since then for sure. This where I started:
