i meant manual.. but i think im just gonna go automatic because i cant seem to find a manual tranny and t case.....anddd my buddy has an automatic t case and tranny sittin at his house

how big of tires do you plan on puttin with those little half ton 44s. I wouldn't plan on anythin bigger than 35s with that motor.

I'm in the middle of doing a 350 from a 95 camaro in my 89 runner.
89 4 Runner, 3.0, 5spd, 2.28 crawl box, 4-1 atlas, prorock 60 up front, crd60 out back, on 37" mtr's

st-400 for an auto would be cool, has hi stall for launching and low stall to cruising(same as a regular th40 minsu front pump/seal, variable stall and other minor things)

sm465 or w/e for a  manual(has granny gear"1st")
