Topic: How do I post non-photo images?

Sorry a bit off topic but there have been a couple times on multiple sites where I've wanted to post a vacuum diagram from a word document, scanned image etc. and I don't know how. I'm going to finish off the 1983 SR5 gauge swap thread with the info on how to connect the separate oil & volt gauge and I want to post a diagram out of the FSM. Do I need to make it a certain file type or what?

Scan it as a .jpg and then post it as an image.
