« on: Aug 29, 2008, 06:24:15 PM »
ok i got a 91 extra cab, i just ordered the sas kit and i got it with 4" springs..... now whats the best way to get 4" out back i ran chevys on my 4runner and i wasnt too impressed with them when i back halfed it and since the truck is light i really dont want to go with them again. now i hear alot about the fords but since im on the east coast i dont really see them in action.... well ever cause everyone owns a jeep...... if i was to get a set of stock fords would i need to block it + a longer shackle or am i going to just need the longer shackle in the rear...... any info would be great.... if all this is too much trouble ill prob just order some 4" marlins  :turtle:

88-98 2wd or 4wd 63" 1/2 ton Chevy Truck springs.   You will have to make new hangers but they are a popular swap.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE
AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.
