85 Built truggy!~
« on: Jul 22, 2008, 11:23:20 AM »
Here it goes:
85 ex cab Toyota, I have title!     Located in SALT LAKE CITY UTAH!
Built motor, 22re, cam, header... has adjustable cam sprocket, IT RUNS GREAT. It is desmogged, 5 speed trans... loose shifter, so I have a spare tranny that is in great shape.
Mariln Duel cases, rear case has 4-1 gears
CV Dom long travel drivelines front and rear.
Arb’s front and rear. w/4.11's
Rear diff studs have been drilled out and 3/8 grade 8 fine thread bolts have been put in through back and welded in...(That diff is not coming out!!!)
Rear has full aluminum 4 link with coils,
4 wheel disc brakes w/ fj80 master cylinder and front line lock.
front has 4" allpro springs, hydro assist, marlin hysteer, cromo 30 spline super set longfields, asin hubs fj60 rotors and calipers. Also milled for duel inner axle seals!
It has duel roll cages for extra protection. Interior and exo. (Very SEFE)
Rockstomper beadlocks...home brew kind on 15x8 steel wheels
36x13.5 irocs in pretty good shape. Spare non matching aluminum bead lock with 36" tsl.
Wheel spacers all around.
Warn 9000 lb winch
Rock lights
5 gal plastic fuel cell
Battery kill switch
Pioneer CD player
new alt
also drivetrain has been raised and there is nothing below the frame on the belly! ;-)

I have extra:
Stock shafts all around. 3 longs and 1 short, three rears, drums have been removed for disc brakes!
1 spare stock birf
2 spare welded diffs
Several mass air flows
Extra hubs
Coil, igniter
Fan clutch
Tps
New housings for front and rear for when ever needed
Spare drivelines

It will seat 5 on lax trail, or 2 for hard core wheeling

This rig can do any trail you point it at and do it well

What it needs.
I have the short side shaft in a box getting shipped back to longfield for replacement...
Rear arb in out and being repaired. It has welded at moment!
It will need those put back in and will need new wheel seals.

I’m sure I have forgotten some stuff but that is the majority of it!

$5500 obo

That is a good price.
"Never make your passion your occupation. it will loose it's luster and become work. that's why i never wanted to become a gynecologist!"

I also taught him how to put in 5min of hard work and then spend 15min staring and admiring what you have done...
