well here is my issue my truck is an 86 with internal regulater and i change the cab to an 81 with external regulater and i got everything wired for exception of the charging i cant figure it out i tried searching the forum but i couldnt find anything so anybody know some helpful info

simple, the 86 has 3 wires, 1 BIG wire and 2 small, one goes to a ign ON circuit, the other to the light on the dash

the 1 BIG wire goes to the battery
