That is why when ever someone shoves a petition in my face at the store I say, “Sorry I do not have time to read it and I do not sign anything I cannot read”. They say “oh its OK” and I say back “that is your opinion not mine, by the way how much are you getting paid to stand here asking”.

It shows the lack of intelligence of a lot of the general public, and the sheeple attitude that seems to be rampant in the US today :down:


I had a guy rip a clipboard outta my hands one time, he asked me to sign the petition, it was about 3/4 of a page of typing, single spaced, and I started reading it.  Apparently he had no desire to have me actually know or care about what I was signing.  :headshake:  

So I stood next to him telling people to make sure they read it before they signed it until he left :gap:

I would prefer to read it rather than have someone "explain" it to me....we all know how much people can blow things up with just a slight twist of their tongues. If I dont have time to read it I dont have time to sign it and their explanation isnt worth much to me.

No if you're that stupid to sign anything shoved in your facejust because it's at a greenie rally somebody needs to sit you down and explain what it is you are signing. Step by step in plain english. Surely you could not make these decisions on your own.

I think I'm going to go soak myself in some diydrogen monoxide and then cover myself in some sodium dodecyl sulfate and maybe even some ammonium lauryl sulfate. There may even be some sodium laureth sulfate depending on which bottle I grab. Then I'll throw on some humectants and hydrolyzed protein, there could even be some hydrogen bonds and keratin involved.



If you haven't figured out what I'm about ready to go do you probably signed that petition.

dihydrogen monoxide. H20 = two hydrogens (prefix DI means there are two hydrogens) and one oxygen (prefix MONO means 1). Just like CO2 = Carbon Monoxide. Tetrahydrocannabinol is THC, one of the main psychoactive ingredients in cannabis.... :smoke:

That was the whole point though, they were just using the chemistry nomenclature name for water and showing how with a little verbal manipulation anything can seem like it needs to be banned.
