Alan Alda wrote a book call something like "dont have your dog stuffed and other things I've learned"  Was actually entertaining. He says the dog never quite looked right, and always seemed to be staring at him.

Naw, don't think I'd ever do it....

I could deal with ashes in an urn  but taxidermy is a little odd. There was a show once on Court Tv were this Santa Clause dude ate his reindeer after it died from attacking him

The plus side is you wouldn't have to feed them or let them out or even worry about leaving them alone for weeks on end without having someone take care of them.

On the other hand the down side is Umm, Umm, well is there a down side? I mean they are a pain in the ass and if we could at least use them as neck pillows it would make up for all the time we fed them. I think they should be useful after they are gone instead of just disposing of a good looking corps.

Come to think of it I want to be a throw rug or something so people can continue to walk on me when I'm gone.

What a great prank built in too?  Imagine where you could leave the dog, and then when someone stumbled on him(her? :dunno: ) you could freak?

I wanna be stuffed, and then left in the coat closet, to prey on unsuspecting victims.  :gap:

I wouldnt do it to any of my pets. Pictures are one thing, your old pal of the last 14 years now doubling as a coffee table....creepy.....

I do like the Jackass episode where Johhny Knoxville takes his grandma to a taxidermist and tries to inquire about having her stuffed and mounted...  :rofl2:
