Are you more concerned about performance offroad and price or wear time and price.

What about PIT BULL ROCKERS?

33"bfg's! From what i have seen, the bfg's sem to clean better in the mud and are longer lasting(harder) and the MTR's wear out a bit quicker but do better in the rocks. So it kinda depends on your terain and if your going to be off road alot(go with mtr's) or if you get off pavement once every two months(go with bfg's)

procomp mud terrians are an ausome all around tire they last forever on the road my buddy got over 60,000 out of his 35s . they work ausome on the rocks wet or dry cleaned out very well in the mud never ran sand and dident ever have any sidewall problems. also rode pretty quiet too.
they are priced pretty decent too at 167.00 for 33/12.50/15's.
good luck with your decison

i think the bfgs are very over rated... they are a good tire, and i have have run several sets though....

not sure iroks are available in a 33" size

if you are going on a budget, i would look into a cooper or a general grabber mud terrain... also look into the yokohoma geolandar muds.... they are on the cheaper side, and still a great performer...

the bfgs jsut cost too much....

i had a set of dunlop muds, they rode like trash, and were heavy to balance... they did last a long time on the road though, and performed decent in the mud, i just didnt like how rough they were

Personally I think the MTRs are overrated.  I like the MTs better than my MTRs, I think they preform better both on and off the road, and they certainly wear better IMO.

Also, if you shop around, You'll find you can get them for a good price.  When I was looking, Sam's Club had them for a good price, but I had to special order.  Then I went to America's Tire, and they price match, and they had them in stock.  Got 4 35"s mounted and balanced for right at $700
