Distant Cousin's

Yesterday I met a very very distant cousin and I'm wondering if anyone can actually tell me what relation they are to me.  For example, 2nd cousin twice removed.

We have a great-great grandfather in common which makes our great grandfathers brothers and our grandfathers cousins.  The amazing thing is that her mom's maiden name is actually the same as mine.  Ironically, I don't even know my great-great grandfathers name. 

So who is she? :dunno:

I have kin in the dakotas.  Don't know how far away, but if memory serves they're all toeheads and look nothing like my side of the fambly.
