holy sh** what a savage truck!! must be the most badassest 2wd i have ever seen.  i love the clearance under the front!

Im curious...do you have a locker?  A rear locker like a detroit would kick ass.  Looking at this makes me want a 2wd.  I bet this truck is fun to drive!  Of course, not as fun as a 4x4 ! :moon:

nice work!

maybe its the light but in the side pic it looks like your front fender and door are one piece!

hehe its the light. Nope no locker but it goes down the same trails as my buddies 4runner. and j10, and xj. I have the clearance and the lack of weight helps a lot!

That rig is sick! I love it. Can you build a 2wd similar to yours fairly reasonably without the coilovers and air shocks?
If you still have control you aren't going fast enough

yeah you can... you will need to lift it a lot. if you dont coilover the front. you better put 3 shocks on each side, to soak up your impacts. you can fab up some arms and front hoops. then get some 1/2ton chevy springs for the rear. if you build a bed cage you will be set. the shocks though will save you the aggravteion of blowing standard shocks, cause they are rebuildable.

you will need to move the rear spring location, and shock mounts. also if you do there are a lot of hangy down things on the stock toy 2wd suspension.
