So i'm guaging interest in my rig, I have my eye on something that i've admired for years. I can't believe i'm actually putting it up for sale. Located in Northern California
1982' Toyota Pickup (Truggy)
Engine/Tranny/T-case:
22R w/ modded carb (it'll run on its side) was fully rebuild around 2 years ago and has only seen around 800-1000 miles since rebuild.
Fresh L-50 trans from Marlin that has no more then 500 miles on it, shifts perfect and have given me no problems.
Marlin Dual 2.28 t-cases (bringing the crawl ratio to around 108:1)
Front axle:
Chevy Dana 60 w/ Yukon 5.38's, Detroit locker and Full hydro steering w/ beefy steering arms, spencer 8" ram and a polished aluminum KBC resivor (bling!). Stub shafts have been upgraded to 35 spline with cryo'd u-joints and 35 spline warn premium hubs. New calipers, brake pads and steel braided brake lines
Rear axle:
14 bolt w/ rebuild brakes, steel braided brake lines, Yukon 5.38's and a Detroit locker.
Suspension:
BRAND NEW set of 16" Fox dual rate coilovers (actually ordered these today) for the front and a set of 16" Fox airshocks for the rear. Axles are linked w/ a custom 3 linked suspension. 1 1/2" links that are 1/2" thick DOM (never had a problem dragging them over rocks with no remorse!)
Custom .220" drive shafts front and rear that have been professionally made and balanced.
I can take this truck out on a 61" (5ft 1inch) ramp and not lift a tire.
Tires:
New 42" Iroks with 32 bolt steel beadlocks. 15" rims have been reverse cut for a 3" offset (gives it a good wide stance for stability)
Fuel system:
17 gallon polished aluminum RCI fuel tank with all new lines and new fuel pump.
Misc stuff:
Truck has full exo wrapped around it, set of full doors and half doors, rock lights, Tack on the dash, oil pressure and water temp guages installed w/ a Bearcat CB that works great. Honda accord seats that are comfortable. Heater works great for those winter runs. Fresh new gun metal grey paint job w/ ghost flames across the hood.
Registered for OFFROAD USE ONLY, yet all smog equipment is still on the truck and i'm sure it would still pass CA smog if it needed too.
This truck is seriously TURN KEY and needs absolutely NOTHING to wheel. ALL the parts on this truck have less then 3 trail runs on them. ALOT of blood and sweat went into building this truck through all the transitions its taken through out the years. It starts right up everytime without any problems what so ever. Picture of the truck can also be seen in the Nov/Dec issue of Crawl Mag.
Like I said in the begining... the only reason i'm even posting my rig is because there is something else I have had my eye on for years and finally it's for sale.
I'm probably missing some stuff so feel free to email or PM me with any further questions you may have.
Asking $15,000, Add up the parts and labor.. you'll come to over $20k. Trust me I know
