Well, here I am.
« on: Feb 19, 2006, 09:32:44 PM »
My name is Mark, and I live in South Mississippi.
I have an 05 Tacoma double cab that takes me to work, and I'm about to acquire an 84 4Runner to be a trail toy.
So, I'm trying to get up to speed on yota tech.

No mods for the Taco till the warranty expires.
Besides, its wheelbase is too long.

The rear leaf springs?
I'll be sure to keep them if I sell the axles.
I live just outside of Mobile, AL.
Here is the board I usually hang out on:

Here's a hint on my location.  See all the trees leaning in the same direction?

I would guess that means you are by the gulf! We're in the central FL area. Just N. of Orlando. We still have tree leaning in our area from the breezy year before.

I like the look of that mud you're about to tackle! :bud:

Well, that crossing, before Katrina, required at least 35" tires, and then it was dicey.

Now, after Ivan and Katrina filled it with sand, a stock Liberty on street tires made it through.
