Not title would scare me off. What if you buy it and build it then the originalk titled owner says thats mine they stole it you are out the cash you spent on it and building it as well as going thru the hassle of being arrested for grand theft auto. I would definately BEWARE of not getting a title.
If you can get the title 800 is a pretty good deal but without pictures it is hard to say.
