So the day has finally come, Ah

I may actually be a proud owner of a Hi-pinion front

For those of you that have a Hi-pinion how/what have you done to insure it's good when you go to buy it?

Do I Check for Number's ####

Is there a visual way to see it's a front 3rd? or do I just turn it to check correct direction?

Seller says it's from a front 91 landcruiser with 488's.

I will check for smooth gear face and turning, anything else?
I'm going to hopefully pick one up tonight
