I run 35's with a slight lift, and run the stock mud flaps, when needed....

i got one of those awhile back so i made some flaps out of a heavy duty rubber door mat that cover my 37s and just bolted them to my stock flap bolt holes,
but if u dont have the stock mounting areas u can do something like a quick release flap

youll want something that can be taken off quickly for when u go wheeling. find some square stock maybe 4 inches long and weld that to the frame however far back u want the flap, then find some smaller stock that fits perfectly inside the piece u just welded to the frame, this piece make as long as your flap and bolt your flap to it,then where it slides into the piece welded to the frame drill a hole and put a quick release pin in that. problem solved.
if u search around u will find some threads on this with pictures to help explain.

yeah, i welded  about 4'' of 1/2'' id square tube under each end of my bumper. took 1/2'' square bar, welded angle iron to that and bolted the flaps to the angle iron. slide the bar into the tube, drill a hole insert cotter pin and thats that.  i cut up a big ol conveyer belt for the flaps themselves.

Made this two piece for a neighbor's truck.

He wanted it to be bolt on, easy to remove for wheeling, and to be able to install them without getting muddy after a day of wheeling.  I used two holes in the rear of the frame to bolt some mounts too,  the two sections slide in, one from each sidem, and I used a hitch pin to secure them.

This is what I made for my flat bed,

If you are still running a bed, you could weld the square stock to the frame at an angle, so it would be easier to install/remove the mud flaps.
