oil pressure HELP!

i have a really bad niose im my engine and the oil pressure is nill... help me out.. whacha think?

Bad oil pump? Not enough oil?

i don't understand the 22r oil pump... but the niose is loud and i can't figure out were its coming from... i replaced the seal there about a month ago...
