2"x2"x0.25"x60"
Angle at the frame for the front mount is 14 degrees.
Sliders are 0.50" above the bottom of the chassis.
Notches made in the pinch weld for the 3 mounts.

Here are some pics of mine. 3X5 turned on an angle, then cut the top corner off to make it flat. Plated it with some diamond plate so i've got something to stand on to get to the roof or in deep water, etc. Used inner and outer hitch reciever material to mount them. Large side on the frame, then slid the nerfs with the small side into them. I was going to use bolts, but got lazy, so I put a couple of short beads on each mount. Now if I need to take them off, I just have to grind a few short welds and they'll slide rite out.

3x5 is bigger than anything I'd ever want but your mounting method is ingenius! I never would have though of that.  :smack:  I'm really impressed man.  :clap2:

I got a huge deal on these because we made so many of them, but we only made the 58's. The longer bars are made in lots of 10 at time. We just don't have the demand on the longer ones to get the price down like we can with the 58's.

Here are mine, I used 2x2x3/32.  The sliders mount 4 places on the frame.  For the mounts I used smaller tube welded to 3/8's angle iron.  The mounts are welded to the frame, the sliders slide onto the mounts and secured with bolts.

I used some 2x2x3/16 60" long with 45 degree cuts at the end and then mounted them angled.  They look really clean and slide along the rocks way better than my friends that have theirs flat.  Make sure u make them out of at least 3/16 and u should plate your frame where you weld it one because mine tweeked the frame and they bent up a little.  I go take some pics now.

Here are mine.  2x2x.120 wall.  Mounted in 4 spots per side with 2x2x.120 wall, mounted in 1 spot per side with 2x4x.250 wall.  45'ed the ends and capped them.  I notched the lip on the bottom of the cab so the sliders would sit up a little higher.

hmm, that is a killer deal - I don't see why they wouldn't work on my ZJ and it needs some. I'll take some measurements - of course I know you guys don't want your stuff going on a JEEP LOL
