cold air intake 4 85-up efi trucks custom made to replace your stock air box you will have to cut a hole under the area your stock air box sits now this puts the air intake in the left wheel well where the air is not already hot from the engine -truck must have at least a '4" or better lift
this comes wit two cone k/n style air filters .it replaces your airbox and frees up room under the hood
u will notice a horsepower gain and the sound is awsome
75.00 for intake adapter and two filters
will post pictures on request

can be adapted for v-6 but fabbed up for the 4 cylinder
not smog legal so dont throw away your old  restrictive airbox

so this would not deal that well with water would it
87 runner, 4" trailmaster lift, 33" TSL/SX, 5.29's V6 e-locker, 22re that cost too much

no water is a problem -but you could make a splash guard so that the water fron driving on wet roads would not get on the air cleaner -or you could add to the existing tube and relocate the element elsewhere
i used it for my summer trips -the element is washable so it will take alot of abuse -i really dont think  it would suk up any water into the engine unless it got sumerged because the element points down -you would have to get water 360degrees around the element to get enuf water to make it a problem- a plastic mud flap type shield would do the trick unless your planning on going thru a river or deep creek
been doin so much with so little for so long can almost do anything with nothing
