Topic: Meadow lake campground?

Is meadow lake campground accesable with a motorhome?I wanna bring my dad along and leave him with the MotorHome while I hit the trail.

yeah I think it is accessable from Bowman lake off of hwy 20. although last time I went from Meadow to Bowman it was at the end of May and was quite an adventure to say the least, there were drifts across the road 8-10 ft deep and we eventually had to bail over the side of the road to get thru and crawl down the snopack to catch the road farther down.

80- you may want to get a second opinion from the locals on taking a motor home up though, we really couldnt see much of the road under all the snow, but was told that trailers and M homes can go up that way

Our club just got back from meadow lake.  How long is your motorhome?  I'm pretty sure you can make it, but it's kinda rough for a motorhome.  I saw normal cars there and lots of campers and tow rigs with trailers.

Its at 34' plus 20' carhauler = 54'
        Theres no way Im gonna chance it,Ill scope it out for next time though.

Um....yeah...I don't think I'd take a 34' motorhome in there.
