well i have just recently bought a 1985 Toyota 4Runner SR5. it has a new engine and tranny in it both with about 20,000 miles on it. i bought it for $5,000. when i bought it the guy put on American racing rims with some wrangler all terrains. i soon learned the hard way that steel rims are alot stronger than aluminum.lol. it was the first weekend i had it and i took it to Carnegie in livermore and as i was putting around the 4x4 park i bent my rim severely. luckily for my B-Day my parents got me a AAA card. well i plan on putting some Chevy 63" rear springs on it and Pro-Comp 4" rear springs up front that will not only level the rear lift but move my front axle forward 2 1/2 inches for some extra wheel base. and i plan on adding all the other usual goodies with some of my own custom parts ill make w/ my pops.
