Are those stock springs? They came stock with negitive arch.

Those look bad.. But you could add a few leaves to them and see how it goes. They can always be re-arched at a spring shop. I would add some leaves.

Not an add-a-leaf. Just get some misc springs off of a used pack and add 1 or 2 and see how it is.

If all you want to do is get it up flat again you might try what pathy mentioned and just keep your stock main leaf and put some leafs from another pack under it.  I've used a couple rear leafs to get a front spring pack up to level before but it did loose a little bit of flex...

I've got a set of 3" stock length front springs that will fit your truck.  They are used but not abused.  I'd sell for $75.00 + shipping if you want.  PM me if you have any interest
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE
AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.

you can use  2wd  S10 springs  or  some F150 springs

just look for anything in the salvage yard that has the same width spring  thats not over  1/4 inch thick
