i will post a video of what it sounds like and when i step on the break it stops its onlydoes it when i am throttling up even at a dead stop it i rev up to that 1200rpm it does that

Both mine and my neighbors had done that in the past and after checking to make sure the vacuum lines were all connected and scratching our noggins for weeks i found out the idle adjuster on the side of our intake planeum was just a little out of adjustment. A little tweek in either direction should fix yours al well.
