I bought a truck and somebody put the timing chain on wrong with the cam gear off 180 degrees from the crank.  What should I do?

The valves are bent, pull head fix

valves are fine, fix timing chain

valves may/may not be fine, fix timing chain and see

valves may/may not be fine, pull head and fix everything

For Sure.  I like buying parts directly from the dealer, depending on how much they want compared to Autozone/Checker/Napa, etc.
they dont sell a headgasket of a quality that you can depend on. I'm SERIOUS. Ive done this 100 times.   Napa used to sell Victor gaskets and they were OK, but nothing compared to DJ Rock (what engnbldr sells) or the Toyota factory (you buy from a toyota dealer parts department) gasket.
