I bought a truck and somebody put the timing chain on wrong with the cam gear off 180 degrees from the crank.  What should I do?

The valves are bent, pull head fix

valves are fine, fix timing chain

valves may/may not be fine, fix timing chain and see

valves may/may not be fine, pull head and fix everything

Well the progress is slow.  I am just taking my time on it.  I plan to fix the timing chain and see how things look from there. (compression test, etc...)  what numbers should I expect for bent/non bent valve?
bent valve  look for anything under 50 psi

for non bent 100 psi to 140, if the rings arent good,  150-180 for good rings
