on the street its really all about axle gears, 4.10s are :pokinit:  4.56s are okay. 4.88s are good all around, just enough on the highway and good on the trail, and 5.29s are awsome if you like snapping pinions :thumbdown:. i say 4.88s, they wont break on the trail and theyre good enough gearing for the street. they Will pull hills w/ 37x14.50 toyos, this was back wen my carb and engine were fudged up and all i had was exhaust
