Ive heard all ive needed to hear and i am sold on the 5.29s no matter what the guys at pro gear say. Everyone on this forum and TTORA have agreed on the 5.29s. Mark will surely try to talk me out of it before i order the gears but he seems to like to talk alot. I would order the Marlin set up 3rd, But i dont have the $$$. He has offered to set up the front and rear with detroits and whatever gearing i choose for a good price. Ive heard good reviews about his work, and he is a friend of my autoshop teacher. Last time I was in there we were talking about the first time he met Marlin. Unless anyone has some personal expercience with his work i plan to have him do the gearing, he does gurantee his work. But this will not be for a while due to the fact that i have to pay to fix the POS sport trac,
if your in SD do NOT lock your front diff if you ever plan to drive on the road with it during a snow storm.
