Yeah mang, My buddies dad took us to an air show out at Edwards in the 80's, didnt see it fly but the Challenger Space Shuttle was parked out on the tarmac for everyone to gawk at! We walked right up to it!
Amongst all the other planes out there, the one that amazed me most was a SR-71 Blackbird, just nosed out of a hanger. It just blew me away, hard to believe they started making these things back in '64
