I have had an A-P brake for quite a while, when I first put it on it worked OK. Not great but not bad. This last year when I had my T-cases out I took the disc and chucked it into my lathe and took a few thousands off each side to remove the mill scale off the disc. It works ten times better now.
I did the same thing, it looked like they didn't even de-burr it. I also turned the edge round, cause a monkey ran the burn table at all-pro, or their supplier. Mine is older, and must have been done with plasma, I hope they have upgraded to Jet or Laser.
