I dont think I am worried about exploding a locker..maybe a pinion, and why would you EVER want an open diff?

ok,  the outer pinion bearing is basically the same as the 4 BUT the inner bearing is enormous compared to the 4 cyl  its deeper (thick) and larger in diameter

you can easily put your 4cyl 3rd in the v6 housing :thumbs:


oh, and the rear housing is bigger diamet tube than the early trucks
