MY buddy was there. on behalf for the railroad... the tow truck driver was the one who cut the straps... his excuse was he couldnt get a good pull on it and didnt want to take his tow truck down the hill with it.. It shows how tow truck drivers dont care about your stuff. lol
I guess that makes a little more sense. It's just sad that had to happen. But then again, those fools shouldn't have put their truck in that situation.
