I've built a couple. The axle wrap on my Jeep was intolerable. They are pretty easy to make for about $150 or less depending on the price for DOM. Sometimes you can luck out and get remnants from a steel shop for significant savings. I personally do not care for the Trail Gear style bar with the sliding portion. The way I prefer is with a rebuildable joint in the front that has a threaded portion(as shown) already on it, and 2 poly bushings on the axle end (as shown)that have threaded rod with jam nuts to fine tune the angle. Just mount the front joint to a shackle at a crossmember that is there or that you make. The basic size and shape of the TG one looks good, maybe 40" long or so. I'd use DOM so that you can easily install threaded inserts into the tubing to accept the rod ends
I would put more cross bracing in than what is pictured.
