I'm pretty sue you need to adjust your float, same thing happened to me when I rebuilt mine. You can pop the carb apart enough to bend the tabs so that the float will allow the carb to hold more fuel.  But I would take it back to were it was rebuilt and make them do it as part of the rebuild while it's in the truck.
