how did it drive before you had it aligned?  
If it drives better with weight in it keep the tank full and store some heavy junk in the back.  

your rear axle is crooked, look for a bent link or a broken mount. I dont think it would be a bent housing unless its been it a wreck.  It would drive a little straighter and be a little less touchy with more toe in.  

The metric numbers make it look worse than it is.



It seemed to drive ok, but the rear springs were sacked out and shocks were done and the toe was out...as far as i know it was never in a wreck. my first instinct was to look at bushings..i called toyota for the hell of it on the arm bushings and almost fell over in my chair....!!!!
