there should be no toe in the rear, and as jim stated, it is not adjustable...unless you add an adjustable control arm in the rear, like i did.
the twitchy steering is coming from caster, that needs to be closer, and also larger tires, ect needs to be accounted for.
that program is the same ive used for years- and it want "green" even though green will still cause problems sometimes, its designed to make the customer happy with your efforts and buy parts.
but regardless, rear toe, in that quantaty, is unacceptable and there is something wrong back there
