My 85 runner does the same thing too. I added a MC crawl box and new MC heavy duty clutch and when i go to start it in nuetral it will also roll forward if i dont have the e brake on. I never had this problem untill i added the crawl box and clutch. Mine doesnt seem to be as bad as yours, but its anoying.
