Take it apart, clean it all out, and regrease it. If you take the red dial out of the black circle, be careful or you WILL lose the small spring and bearing. It sucks.


Might have too much grease.  I know mine where hard to turn when I had them too full.

I did that as well. I took them back apart and took some of the grease out, then reassembled it and it was good to go.
