Maybe it's just me but 1 quart every 50 miles is insane. I'm gonna assume you did a wet test on all 4 cylinders. Did you do a leak down test?
he did a wet test on the weak cylinder, all in all its worn out

a qt every 50 miles aint bad, :whistle:  once upon a time my engine used a qt every 10 miles :suprised:
