It makes a more severe front u joint angle. You also have to make your own crossmember as the typical aftermarket ones are made for non rotated cases (I don't believe). They give you more clearance though for sure. I personally did the standard adapter so I could use the crossmember I had and would not have to worry about binding the front u joint at full droop with unturned knuckles. Simplicity.
